Editors' foreword

We would like to draw your attention to two upcoming special issues of the Review of Network Economics.

In June 2003 we will have a special issue on the economics of payment networks. In December 2003 we will have a special issue on the economics of incentive regulation which is kindly being guest edited by Professor Dennis Weisman. The two issues already have more than twenty leading experts committed to writing papers.

The September 2003 issue will remain a regular issue, and we invite you to submit your papers (policy contributions, literature surveys, article reviews, book reviews, etc.) for this and future issues.
