The editors wish to announce an upcoming special issue of the journal on the topic of Railroad Industry Structure, Competition, and Investment. This issue will be guest edited by Guido Friebel (IDEI), Marc Ivaldi (IDEI), and Gerard McCullough (Minnesota). We are also pleased to report that 22 submissions have been received for the upcoming conference on Antitrust Activity in Payment Systems jointly sponsored by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the Review of Network Economics.
